Hope rises for our wildlife
In India, wildlife has got important place in its rich heritage and culture, many animals and plants are worshiped and are regarded as sacred in the country. Yet, Indian wildlife today is coming under increased pressure. Forests are being lost and animals are disappearing as poaching and illegal trade flourishes. In response, several passionate attempts are being made to preserve this natural wealth. Wildlife in India Foundation is one such attempt.
Wildlife in India Foundation also Ensuring development, care and protection of children around National Parks and Wildlife Sanctuaries through cross-cutting policies and programs, spreading awareness about their rights and facilitating access to learning, nutrition, institutional and legislative support for enabling them to grow and develop to their full potential.
WIIF conducting health awareness campaigns and treating the poor at free of cost, arranging medical dispensaries in and around in the rural tribal areas including the low income areas of the metro and non-metro cities.
